Ling-Ling Dorsch advises and represents clients in various fields of intellectual property. She has experience in litigation before all relevant German infringement courts as well as before the German Federal Patent Court and the European Patent Office (Opposition Divisions and Boards of Appeal).

Her practice focuses on strategic advice and representation in complex national and cross-border patent infringement and nullity proceedings, including in the technical fields of telecommunications, chip and semiconductor technology, medical devices and pharmaceuticals.

Ling-Ling studied law at the Ruprecht-Karl University of Heidelberg and gained practical experience in various international law firms before and during her legal clerkship. Before joining HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER, she worked as an associate in an international law firm in Mannheim, specialising in patent law.
