Bonnie Ferda

Bonnie Ferda, economic lawyer since 2017, supports the attorneys in national and international clients in various fields of intellectual property with a special focus on patent law. Her practices focuses on research in complex national and cross-border patent infringement proceedings in various technical fields. She is also active in the field of cost assessment proceedings.

Bonnie Ferda studied German and European Economic Law at the University of Siegen. After completing her Bachelor of Laws, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil and Commercial Law, in particular Intellectual Property Law and Media Law (Univ. Prof. Dr. iur. Klass, LL.M.), where she deepened her knowledge of intellectual property law. During this time she completed the Master of Laws.

During her studies Bonnie Ferda completed internships at international law firms. After obtaining the Master of Laws, she joined HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER in October 2017.
